This company mislead customers and secretly charge you for unrequested subscription fee
This company trick the customers to register to see their system to then secretly charge you for a subscription that you didn't request. They mislead you with different memberships and the timings to cancel them before they start charging you. I asked for a refund explaining that I didn't use their system at all and that I didn't expect them to start charging me for a subscription I didn't request, they replied asking me to read the T&Cs.
