MATAX and the team, especially the founder, Dawn Hatch has been incredible to work with. They have been so effective in helping to clean up our finances and the dedicated support for our ongoing finances has been unwavering, which has helped us to grow our business.

Matax has been an amazing resource for our small business. I’ve worked with a number of accountants and bookkeepers in the past and never had a great experience until now. I’ve worked with Dawn for almost a year and she’s helped my with so much, including the nitty gritty of bookkeeping (helping me understand key concepts and also doing some of the work for me); coaching me so that I better understand reports and business financial health; setting up custom reports and systems to meet my needs; and she even set up a zapier automation to save me some manual work for a recurring need. She is sharp, knowledgeable, and also extremely pleasant to work with. I feel so much better equipped to grow the business now, and it’s so helpful to be able to rely on Matax to take things off my plate so I can work on other things!

I run a mid sized agency and have no accounting experience whatsoever. I wanted to know how Xero works, so I can explain to the team and she was able to not only show me in simple terms, but also help brainstorm processes that make tracking clients and costs very efficient.
