MasterjacketReviews of masterjacket.com

This store is a scam. I ordered a special edition team hoodie and it did arrive on time, but it was a poorly made fake, with inferior quality fabric, frayed stitching, misplaced logos, and no tags. They offered to refund me the cost of the hoodie less the shipping costs, to which I agreed. A few days ago they sent me an email indicated their PayPal account had been suspended and I should send them my personal account details so that they could refund the money to me directly. The scammed me on the item and then they tried to still my banking info. These people are scum.

Absolute scam. I placed an order against my better judgement as they simply strung me along for a couple of months with the latest emails being, “we apologize your order will take longer than expected” to “your order will be cancelled”. Seems like they are simply phishing for people’s info.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE - SCAM. Ordered a jacket on 13 January 2025. The website stated that I would receive an email within 2 days to check sizing and to confirm delivery date. No email was received. To date, nearly a month later, the item has not been received and nor has the refund that I have requested. In fact I have had no correspondence from the company whatsoever. I now have no choice other than to enter into dispute with the business through my bank in an attempt to get my money back. Pity I hadn't seen the shocking reviews before I ordered.

Located a rare Disney jacket. Ordered Jan 17 and paid for the expedited shipping. By January 30th there was no update and I was told it would ship soon. A few emails back n forth and long story short “it is in the final stage and will ship February 8th or 10th”….. what stage? Are they making these items themselves? I asked for a refund already knowing they aren’t going to process it. If you ordered from them just skip the endless emails and get your bank involved. ***update*** I just received an email stating they would refund me if I took this review down. That should tell you everything you need to know. They couldn’t send me the item I paid for. But, they could find a review and give me an ultimatum. Incredible.

Complete scam. Ordered jacket Dec 10, 2024. And was promised shipping between Dec 22-25, lies. Promised shipping Dec 28-30. More lies. Promised shipping Jan 2-5 Lies Lies Lies. Last promise absolutely shipped no later than Jan 10, 2025. Needless to say more lies. I canceled the order and requested full refund on Jan 10, 2025. “Team Master Jacket” apologized (🙄) and stated “a full refund thin 48 hours”. Well that didn’t happen either! No jacket and no refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

Only helpful if you need a "plastic costume" for a night/event but nothing more! Don't expect any sort of quality from "MasterJackets" as It is a waste of your money and time. Sadly i saw theese reviewes too late, and had to make my own depressing experience.

This is a seller of counterfeit goods. Buyers beware! I ordered a Carharrt jacket and this thing was paper thin like a windbreaker. Inside was different from the real one. Zipper different, the logo was ironed on unlike the real one being sewn on. Jacket weighted 1.2 lbs and my authentic one weighs 5 lbs. I wish I could add photos because it looks like the same quality as a children’s Halloween costume.

Counterfit goods do not order! Very expensive items which you will receive but they look like they are from temu. I got a refund from Ebay and received an email from them saying sorry for the confusion but they produce copied products. Basically they are counterfit, bad quality items. They also come from Pakistan not Germany as the website states. Avoid!
