Course presented good basic summary of features of various business entity forms. Materials should be a good future reference source. It could have enhanced the learning experience with better more real life problems/examples to illustrate the contrasts and compromises sometimes necessary in evaluating and selecting one form of entity over another.

I've subscribed for over 5 years. Enjoy the extensive coverage of taxes. Like the updates especially. Sometimes the material isn't sufficiently clear and occasionally the official answers to the test questions seem at odds to the textbook.
