I became interested in purchasing a massage chair about a year ago. I did a ton of research and found Massage Chair Relief was local to me (Phoenix, Arizona). I visited the store a couple of times and Shawn was very helpful. I tried a whole lot of chairs and worked with Shawn on the right warranty for me. I purchased the chair in December 2025. The chair has been fabulous ever since it was delivered. I use it almost every day to help relieve back pain. I couldn't be happier.

I purchased the Daiwa Supreme Hybrid from Dr. Weidner at Massage Chair Relief. This is the second Chair I have bought from Dr. Weidner and this is an outstanding Chair. It feels very solid and delivers the best massage of any chair I've ever tried. The decompression stretch is remarkable and the chair is highly therapeutic, but can also be extremely relaxing depending on what program you select. Both of my purchases from Massage Chair Relief, Dr. Weidner and Shawn Kim at the Arizona showroom have been excellent. They are the best dealer on the market and I was happy to find them after purchasing three other chairs from different distributors. I would never purchase from anyone else, as their service and after-purchase support is the best by far. A+ and highly recommended. Don't hesitate in purchasing your next chair from Massage Chair Relief, as you will be happy you did.

Great online purchase experience with superior advise, response time and product. Dr Alan Weidner provided immediate response to my questions, even on his cell phone while commuting, and massage chair relief has, pretty much, everything in terms of brands and price range. We got a crazy deal on an Infinity Imperial and couldn’t be happier. And this was our third attempt in one month. Wish I found MCR sooner. Repackaging and returning a massage chair is a pain in the back! Doc Weidner also has a lot of great content on YouTube about massage chairs.
