I bought an extra super mystery box and get fake air pods worth $5. Not recommended, tired

My husband placed an order and within minutes he decided to cancel. Their policy states to cancel an order email them within 24 hours and he did; However, they responded 3 days later, rejecting the cancellation. If you're not able to respond to customers within 24 hours than the cancellation policy should be changed. I believe they responded late to avoid refunding the money. Any ethnical business will honor the customer's request especially if the request was submitted the same day the order was placed. So even though they have policies in place, they don't abide by them. Wish we would've read the reviews first! Now we have dispute the charge with my bank.
