Protero
Very cocky
I wanted to get my jewelry tested by a gemologist. So I send them an email with pictures. Some guy name Jeff answer me that he was not interested in my piece. I was not trying to sell him anything I just wanted to use there service for a test like they offer on there website. Very cocky attitude, there are other options.
