Den Svenska återförsäljaren inom Sverige för Mary Kay har ett generationsskifte, äldre fristående konsulter är inte önskvärda mera en som kunder. Efter 26 år slutar jag även med produkterna. På huvudkontoret i Sverige har man inget socialtsamspel datagenerationen har tagit över och i skrift finns det inga nyanser inga skiftningar och resultatet blir omänskligt, hårt och kallt. Der Vertrieblerin ging es lediglich um den Verkauf der Produkte bzw. hat sie mir einen Beutel übergeben mit den Worten, da ich eine trockene Haut höre, sollte ich dieses Proben testen. Zwei Wochen später hat sie mir eine Rechnung in Höhe von 120€ gestellt. Mit Familienrabatt usw 😉

Terrible experience with ordering with Mary Kay for the 2nd time. I really like their mascara so I decided to give it another shot, but unfortunately I am going through a negative experience again. I paid for premium shipping to get the mascara on time as I am in a time crunch, and after reaching out to my consultant to get an update (I didn't get any shipping update and we are hitting the premium shipping timeline limit), I didn't hear back. The first time I ordered I had the same experience : my order wasn't shipped and no one would response. I contacted the customer service and they were rude and very dismissive, and I mentioned I would want the premium shipping to be reimburse since it wouldn't arrive on time and they ignored the question. I will never shop there again, absolutely terrible customer service in all levels.

Nachdem ich das Produkt 3 Tage lang benutzt hatte, traten in meinem ganzen Gesicht und an meinen Händen allergische Reaktionen auf! Juckreiz, Rötungen, nach dem Kratzen entstanden Wunden und meine Haut nahm eine dunklere Farbe an. Der Hautarzt sagte mir, dass ich dieses Produkt von Mary Kay sofort absetzen muss. Er erklärte, dass es oxidierte Inhaltsstoffe enthält, die bei vielen Menschen allergische Reaktionen auslösen können. Als ich im Internet nach dieser Marke recherchierte, stellte ich fest, dass sie bei vielen Menschen allergische Reaktionen hervorruft und hauptsächlich durch übertriebene Werbung vermarktet wird. Ich empfehle dieses Produkt auf keinen Fall und hoffe, dass es vom Markt genommen wird.

Da ich skeptisch war, ob ich die Produkte vertrage, hat meine Beraterin mir versichert, dass ich die Produkte zurück geben kann, falls ich sie nicht vertrage. Es war allerdings nie davon die Rede, dass dies für Angebote nicht gilt. So bin ich also reingefallen! Kein Geld zurück für äußerst hochpreisigen Mist! Laßt die Finger davon! ABZOCKE!

Diese Abende kann man sich sparen. Wenn man unbedingt Produkte von Mary Kay möchte, kann man sie mittlerweile online in diversen Shops erwerben. Es ist Bauernfängerei. Auf Mängel meinerseits würde nie reagiert. Der größte Mist aller Zeiten und könnte ich Minuspunkte vergeben, würde es das tun.

Am liebsten würde ich garkeinen Stern geben!! Ich habe einen ganz normalen Make up Kurs für 25€ gebucht. Kein Wort von irgendeiner Marke im Vorhinein oder sonst was. Am Ende war es eine Anwerbung für neue Beraterinnen und Anwerben von den Produkten. Es ging um nichts anderes. Schminken konnten die Damen auch nicht. Reine Abzocke. Geld verlangen fürs Werbung machen. Nach 2,5/5 Stunden haben wir die Örtlichkeit verlassen und ich habe Anzeige erstellt, da es einfach Betrug ist.
