Geht garnicht.

Cultish MLM company hiding behind…
Cultish MLM company hiding behind wholesale discount for its consultants who are really the consumers to this company. They tell their consultants how to dress, what to say, make the founder of the company look like an icon, a goddess.
Not only the founder; there’s a lot of upline worshipping going on, in fact when attending events; when a National Sales Director walks into the room or onto a stage, the lower level consultants have to stand up, this is not the case when a lower level Sales Director walks into a room or onto stage.
There’s policies on what you’re allowed to wear; no trousers, no leggings, no flat shoes, no trainers, shirt of telling you what to eat and drink as well at events, they do have a no alcohol policy too, not even after working hours.
The corporate office doesn’t listen to the sales force, the sales force doesn’t get paid; they just get a discount on highly overpriced products, inflated in price because they need to feed the uplines with so called ‘sales commissions’ based on what the downlines are buying from the company. The company has no idea how many of their products actually end up with end consumers, sold on by their ‘consultants’ and there is a culture of front loading inventory. The company website states you do not have to hold inventory, but as soon as you get enrolled your upline will send you a list of products that you have to buy in order to be successful. First you need to buy products to demonstrate with, you can’t showcase a product if you don’t try it yourself and are able to let your clients try the products. You have to pay for these demo products. Then they tell you you’ll need some stock, because “You can’t sell from an empty wagon!” and again you need to pay for these products and pray that you can sell them on.
When as a resigning consultant, you try to get your money back through their buy-back guarantee you’ll be lucky to see all your money come back to you. They say they pay back 90% of the money you paid for the products, if you’re lucky you get some of it back, but they’ll pay you in bits and bobs. They still owe me £250 out of a £1400 refund. That says plenty about how much stockpiling that was recommended and that was only what was purchased from the company within the last 12 months from when I said I wanted to resign. Anything bought prior to those 12 months is still sitting collecting dust.
It’s disgraceful that this company takes no responsibility for what is happen to their sales force and also what happens to products that go out of date. They dump them onto the consultants to buy at huge discounts, but what happens after they don’t care about at all, if it gets thrown in the bin, they don’t care. So much for sustainable and environmental awareness.
