Maruwa GReviews of maruwa-g.com

I am submitting this review to raise a confidential concern regarding an interaction with **KONO RYOTA**, a MARUWA employee based in the United Kingdom. A few months ago, we met KONO RYOTA in Italy when he visited our offices in connection with potential business opportunities. During our conversations, he told us that he was considering leaving MARUWA and was interested in opportunities with other companies in the industry. He also stated that one of the reasons he remained with MARUWA was the company's sponsorship of his UK visa. Believing that he was genuinely exploring a career change, we introduced him to another company operating in the electronic components and advanced ceramics sector, and he subsequently attended an in-person interview with that company. During discussions concerning this opportunity, KONO RYOTA indicated to us that he would be willing to provide the prospective employer with information relating to MARUWA's products, Japanese certifications/accreditations and, most concerningly, information concerning MARUWA's clients. We understand that employees naturally carry their professional knowledge and experience with them when changing companies. However, based on what was communicated to us, we became concerned that potentially confidential or commercially sensitive information belonging to MARUWA and its customers was being discussed in connection with obtaining employment with another company. This did not align with our professional standards, and we did not feel comfortable supporting or recommending such conduct. We are therefore submitting this information in good faith so that MARUWA can independently review the matter and determine whether any action or further investigation is appropriate. We are not asking MARUWA for anything in return, nor are we making assumptions beyond what was communicated directly to us. We respectfully request that this report be treated confidentially. If necessary, we are prepared to provide further context regarding the interactions and circumstances to an appropriate member of MARUWA's management, HR, legal or compliance team.
