pHix in the short time that we have taken it has made both my husband and I drop weight, body fat, increase our lean body mass and HUGE bonus in our health!!! We have both experienced MANY health benefits since starting just a mont ago!!! My husband has lost 15#’s of fat and I have lost 9#’s of fat! Highly recommend!!! Keep in mind, fat holds toxins, when our bodies burn our fat it’s also releasing toxins into our system that need to be flushed and detoxed out! Drink LOTS of water and even use something like dandelion root tea/capsules to help flush it out! Herxing is something that happens when we detox toxins/contaminants from our body, it’s a process that HAS TO HAPPEN!!! Sometimes herxing can cause a headache and even flu like symptoms the first couple-few days. Hang in there and push through it, it is well worth it!!!
