Great experience working with Marketing Ninjas. The BDR and support teams have been an incredible help to our marketing efforts. Marketing territories are flexible and easy to manage and understand. Shout out to Deby our support manager! She is always quick to respond with any questions, and is very receptive to feedback during our bi-weekly debreifs.

Honestly, it’s hard to find companies these days that truly follow through, but this team absolutely does. They’ve been reliable from day one, communicate clearly, and always do exactly what they say they’re going to do. I never have to chase updates or wonder where things stand. My company has been using Marketing Ninjas for the past several months, and overall it’s been a great experience. Carolina provides excellent one-on-one Zoom onboarding and ongoing support. She takes the time to walk through real customer scenarios and offers practical guidance based on what’s worked for other companies, which has been incredibly helpful. As someone who is AuDHD, I especially appreciated the scripts and playbooks they provide for approaching plumbers, insurance agents, and other referral partners. Those tools are not only useful for this program but for sales in general—they’ve helped me build confidence and earn trust more quickly in conversations. Another standout is the ongoing training. They were able to get me in front of over 10 plumbers, 5 mold testers and quite a few other professionals to include insurance agents, HVAC companies, roofers and a property manager. They did what they said they would do and it helped a good bit to form some of those relationships.

This is a really good program for restoration companies looking to build relationships. They have in house BD's that actually listen to you wants and needs and go after companies that you're truly interested in doing business. They also have a dedicated account rep that meets with you weekly to go over strategies that are working and strategies that aren't so you can keep everything dialed in and on track. I really feel that working with marketing ninjas is providing positive interactions with potential referral partners. Within the first two months, we’ve had many face-to-face interactions with business owners and some have agreed to refer us jobs. The coaches are really great and the CRM allows us to be organized and make sure we’re keeping up with our referral partners.
