I've used many agencies and each time all the risk is on my shoulders. They almost never work out because it's a bloated model with misaligned incentives. Every time I've used MarketerHire it's been fast and painless and I can't believe the level of talent and experience they've matched me with. I've already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

We found an excellent growth hacker through MarketerHire. MH did the hard work and introduced us to multiple strong candidates. We are in week-three of the engagement and are already driving new leads to the sales team.

Hiring process was exceptional. Fast, effective, professional. Candidate was exactly what we needed. I will be working with them again!

Thank you so much for finding someone I could trust to know how to get the job done. He's all business and that's a great thing to find in a marketer working on optimization.

We've brought on 2 freelancers through marketerhire that have been A+, exactly what we were looking for. As an early-stage D2C startup, we don't have the resources to bring on top F/T talent just yet. MH is helping bridge that gap for us until we can afford to make some F/T hires. Growth Marketer we brought on was previously the first hire at a brand we love, and is now helping create and execute a holistic marketing strategy. Paid social manager we brought on is outperforming our old ad agency at 1/3 the cost. We plan on bringing on a few more freelancers over the next few months through MH. Highly recommend giving them a shot. Talent pool is way better than Upwork etc.

Great ad agency. Takes the hard work of finding/hiring talent.

This was the easiest consultant hire I've ever made, due in large part to how thoroughly MarketerHire vetted our candidate against my extensive wish list. I fully expected to meet three or four candidates (going through at least two rounds of interviews) before bringing someone on board, but we hired the first candidate brought to us, and he started in just three days! It was a perfect match from a skill, technical, and cultural perspective, and MarketerHire made the process efficient and nearly effortless for us. 10/10 will use again. -Melissa Urban, Whole30 co-founder and CEO
