Complete waste of time and money. This company is claims to have the best marketers but it's nonsense. You'd be better off hiring in house or sourcing your own freelancers separately as there is zero accountability on the company and yet they are charging far more than an agency would do in fees. Don't bother

Hello Marc, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We take pride in findng and recruiting the top marketing talent for our platform, and we’re so sorry to hear that we did not meet the expectations of Cammellatte. We have credited you $500 in case you would like to re-engage with us in the future. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Worst marketing company
Horrible marketers. Wasted my entire Q2, lied and stole from my company. Managers strung me along and are now actively not responding to me. Still getting billed even though I fired them months ago. Hours and hours of time dealing with their mistakes. 50-150k lost due to their negligence and lies.

Total waste of time
Total waste of time. I have joined as an Amazon expert and haven’t received any clients in 3 months. 2 offers that I requested were looking for an FBA expert while I am an Amazon PPC specialist. Hours spent on interviews, submitting case studies, filling out forms and contracts were an ultimate waste. The hourly rate you are going to find on MarketerHire is lower than anything you can find on Upwork, expect to be belittled if you ask to submit a decent rate. I’m having my profile removed from the platform and hope to waste no more time on MarketerHire.

Not reliable in the UK, they will waste your time
Not reliable at least in the UK they “hire” talent without having any clients/demand. As a talent you will go through the hiring process, on boarding and everything and then will be left alone without any projects, just receiving generic answers from their team. Do not waste your valuable time to engross their database.

A total rip off..
I hired marketerhire based off the satisfaction guarantee they claimed and the supposed vetting process they go through with their freelancers.
Marketerhire paired me with Graham Welter for $130/hr to run my Facebook ads. After 7 weeks of charging us in excess of $1000/week, his only feedback was that we should work on the landing page (as vague as that is). I contacted marketerhire to complain and asked for breakdown on the last 2 weeks of invoices. After weeks of going back and fourth with markethire and sending screenshots verifying that the activity on my ads manager didn’t coincide with the hours billed, they simply responded “he said he did the work”. No documents to back it up.
Save your money and find your own freelancer cheaper, paying marketerhire as a middleman with out an accountability on their part, is a waste of money..

I have worked with Marketerhire for 2 Months
I have worked with Marketerhire for almost 2 months and it was a total disaster and a waste of Money. The Branding expert seemed to have experience (so it appeared on the CV) but delivered nothing but a few studies about the Brand that we pretty much had on our own mostly. We spent close to 15k and basically got really nothing in return. I did mention this to the Marketerhire agent but nothing was really done. We are short of 15k but have a few presentations in our hands. Stay away if you want to save you Money.

Awful - Cost Money Post Relationship (SCAM)
I was briefly a client of this company. I found the sales staff very aggressive and looking to place a marketer for me rather than to really understand my needs. When I got a marketer, he was unable to do the task and we mutually parted ways. Many months later, through some "HACK" as they explained it, my Facebook Ads account that had been given to them for access, spent $1,000. They admitted the error but kept asking me to ask Facebook (via support tickets) for a refund. Clearly the ads weren't mine and Marketerhire was kind enough to alert me of this, and did promise a resolution, however their desire to do this lasted about 4-5 days. I've been largely ignored since then and they were advised that this matter would go public since they essentially had no intention to honor their words. That should tell you all you need to know about the integrity of the people who work there. In closing this Marketerhire review, I'll say that I was very patient and gave every benefit of the doubt to them and allowed them time to make right on their error. Matthew Mozzocchi, who initially reached out about the error, passed the buck around the company before finally ghosting me. I've left voice mails, etc. No reply. AVOID.
Update: I'm all for full transparency. After Marketerhire found out about this review, I began hearing from people. I was asked (again) to document the spend on my FB account, something I'd sent 3-4 times prior, so that was a little ridiculous. In the end they did send my money back via wire transfer. If they would have handled this from the beginning and not have ignored me for weeks this review wouldn't have happened. It's sad that I had to go public with this as it was avoidable.
Moral of the story, they didn't give a damn about me until this review was published, and that's not a business model I can respect and endorse. Hopefully they learn from it.
Additional Update & Edit: the reply from MarketerHire is complete BS. I never once ignored their emails, which yes, did go to junk mail, which I check daily. The situation was quite the opposite, I was trying to get my money back, so there is no way I’d ignore them. On the contrary, they ghosted me until this review was posted and are grasping at straws. If they would have taken ownership of their problem this review wouldn’t exist.

Hey Tim,
As we discussed with you, we had sent multiple emails to you without response as well. As we uncovered in our conversations, emails from you were going to our spam folders and some of our emails to you were going to yours. This was not a purposeful ignoring, as you know, and we disagree that we didn’t care about you or your issue. We take a lot of pride in our customer service and stand by our it here as well.
We understand that you feel differently and wish you the best.
