have been insured with markel for my company and liability insurance, having renewed with them this year on the same direct debit plan and had an email confirmation of a setup of what the payment per month were to be only to find they took the whole years premium in one go, called them they said they would call back but never did had to chase and then to be told simply someone had pressed the wrong button and now i have to wait up to 10 days for a refund, for a large company a poor excuse for the reason and bad customer service.
