MarinexlogisticsReviews of marinexlogistics.com

For a quick service, our package is untrackable for over 3 weeks. I have a shippment from Chicago to Hungary that we used them as 3rd party service. We provided all the custom forms, invoices etc multiple times. When I called for updates they were extremely uprofessional, rude and agressive. They claim the package is stuck at Fedex, and that's where the hold-up is, they said they filed a claim with them June 19th. I asked to send the sender and the receiver a copy of the claim, we shall see what is next. So far, it has been a nightmare working with them, and most of all we needed the content of package for work. I hate writing bad reviews, and will do an update how things working out.

I suggest you stay away if you don't want to throw your money away. Bad management and bad staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with Marinex Logistics. They promised delivery for Thursday or Friday but failed to deliver on time. On Monday and Thursday, I was called by Muhammed Kaya, who confirmed that the delivery would be made on Friday. However, it never happened. Even worse, they didn’t bother to inform me that the delivery would not take place—I only found out when I called them myself. When I tried to follow up on Friday, I specifically waited for a call back from Muhammed Kaya, but he never responded. I called him directly, but he intentionally ignored my calls. Despite my attempts to pick up the item myself, I was met with unprofessional behavior from their General Manager, Murat Kaan Özövez, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. He even claimed that providing updates was a “favor,” which I find completely unacceptable for a logistics company. I would definitely not recommend Marinex Logistics based on this experience. Basic service should never be considered a favor, and customers deserve proper communication and respect. If you value reliability, professionalism, and on-time delivery as promised, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Marinex Logistics clearly lacks the commitment to meet their own deadlines and provide the service they promise.
