Marcelle sells used and returned makeup online and does not inform you of this.
Again, trying to buy Canadian, I switched all my usual US products to Canadian and ordered about $100 worth of makeup and skincare from Marcelle Group. One of my items came visibly used and returned from a Shoppers Drug Mart. It was not advertised as a returned product, and was a usual price for the Lise Watier eyeshadows; so I took pictures of the damaged case and the Shoppers Drug Mart sticker on the outside and emailed asking for a return. They refused the return (bluntly) and said there was no refunds from their site. I replied that there was no disclaimer that I was buying used/returned makeup (which is gross) and they didn't bother to reply. Just so you know, you are buying their leftover garbage if you buy direct from GroupMarcelle.com
