They refuses to resend me the address to send the coat back I would never buy anything else from them bad bad for business

I would not recommend anybody to do business with Mara leather , I ordered a western hat on June 2 2025 order # 2099 got a conformation on June 2 2025 . Then I did not hear any thing back about shipping , On June 16 2025 I request to cancel order # for a full refund , , On June 16 2025 I received a email saying the item was shipped . I never received the item , so on June 18 2025 I again reached back out to request to cancel and a full refund , never heard back at all , So I contacted my credit card Co. to dispute the charges . I am not interested in doing business with people who take money and lie about sending the merchandise, It is now in the hands of my credit card dispute team . Would not recommend any body to do business with Mara Leather

Still haven't received items. I am receiving surveys on items that haven't arrived.

Haven’t received my order , can’t track it. Not interested in downloading stupid apps to track it either

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a jacket on December 09 and paid extra for 2 day delivery. It's now December 31, and I still haven't received my order. I got the tracking number, and since the 16th, it shows it's still at shipper in Pakistan. I've been in contact with the seller, and he gave me the wrong tracking number showing it was delivered in another state to a different recipient. I gave him correct tracking number, letting him know I had contacted FedEx and they told me my package was still at shipper and I needed to contact them, I told the seller that and then he tells me he doesn't know where my package was at, then later he says it's still at shipper and he don't know why, and when he get new tracking number he will let me know. I am still waiting for this tracking number, and the original tracking number still shows it's in the same spot in Pakistan. It has been a nightmare. All I wanted was to get my order before Christmas to gift it to my husband, and still, I am waiting for it.

The size chart was a joke. I ordered an x-large by the chart and it is incorrect. I also asked for an exchange to get the right size with no response.

It was suppose to arrive before Halloween, I paid $10 extra for it as well. Nope, it arrived way over Halloween. I don't really recommend trying this store if you need things early, especially paying more for it to arrive early and just doesn't at all. It was bought on Oct 28, wasted $10 for it to arrive 2 days later, so you expect it to come on the 30th. It arrives today on Nov 6.

well, I only have one of three items that were delivered, supposed to have the rest almost a week ago.
