After repeated request to release my PI settlement funds, Atty Joseph Manning and Atty Babak Hashemi of Manning Law refused to release my money even though my Chapter 13 is in effect and my BK atty had already explained how he will handle my liens. Atty Joseph Manning and Atty Babak Hashemi charges more in retainer fees 40%+10%(expenses) = 50% more than other PI lawyers usually charged 33.33%. Watch out for the computation of expenses, ask for receipts not invoices, he added expenses not for my PI case. Trust a refutable attorney NOT Joseph Manning & Babak Hashemi.
