They sent us a product with a USA plug despite our order being for an EU plug. They refuse to acknowledge their error claiming "the item has been delivered accurately”. We ordered two items. Both are unbranded, generic products, sent directly from China to customers in EU and USA. The process took weeks. Unimpressed.
