This company was owned by Amin zarif from Laguna Niguel California. It was shut down in 2024. You have 180 days to ask your bank to do a chargeback. After that it's on you. Company was a total scam.

100% scam website.. i have ordered a set of icon secondary shocks for my FJ cruiser 6 months ago and no trace yet. The reply for every email is like we will check the shipping company and get back with the tracking number asap. And i lost USD 2100/- for nothing.😢

Frustrating experience with the company - honestly felt like a scam. I recently ordered a few parts from them that were marked as in stock. After a month and over a dozen requests for tracking or any proof that my order was processed/shipped, I was given the same generic answer that "the warehouse hasn't provided us tracking, but the order has shipped and should arrive next week". I was told the same thing countless times for 3 consecutive weeks. One of red flags was that, although they have a phone number in their contact section, they don't answer calls. The number sends you directly to voicemail. A quick reddit search provides insight to loads of similar experiences. Lesson learned.

From July 2024 I made an order through their website at once they withdrew from my account amount of US.D 3723 Till today 28.10.2024 I did not receive my order , each week I sent them emails but always their answers (( Will ask shipping to email Tracking within 48 hours or less )) I think the site or company is incorrect, and I hope that everyone who decides to buy from them will read my experience with them before making the order
