They were always cold and rude
They totally forgot what it means to provide excellent customer service to their clients. I wonder how awful their employees feel about their jobs because it's too evident that they didn't like what they were doing. They were always cold and rude and unapproachable even to their regular clients, which was a really sad thing to witness.
