I hadn't heard of MalaMind before, so I ordered one kit to give them a try. It actually exceeded my expectations. The canvas is really clear, the diamond colors look right, and everything was securely packed. There was also a pen sleeve in the box that I hadn't ordered. I thought it had been included by mistake, but when I asked, they explained it was a little gift. Such a small thing, but it really made my day. I appreciated that personal touch.

There's something really different about this fantasy portrait. It caught my eye straight away and I kept coming back to it. Shipping was pretty quick too, so I didn't have to wait long. I couldn't find the tracking information at first, but customer service replied quickly to my email and sent me a tracking link. Turns out both the order confirmation and shipping email had ended up in my spam folder!
