⚠️ BUYERS BEWARE — VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I placed an order with this company and paid for several cosmetic-making ingredients/products. When my package arrived, I was shocked to discover that the package was EMPTY. I immediately contacted the company to report the problem and give them an opportunity to correct it. They have ignored my messages and have not responded or offered any resolution. Mistakes during shipping can happen, and I would have been understanding if the company had simply communicated with me and fixed the problem. What is unacceptable is taking a customer’s payment, having them receive an empty package, and then refusing to respond when the customer asks for help. I paid for merchandise that I did not receive, and as of today, I have neither the products I purchased nor a resolution from the company. I strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from this company use caution and make sure you use a payment method that provides buyer protection. I have documentation of my order, the package I received, and my attempts to contact the company. I will update this review if the company decides to respond and resolve the situation.
