Great customer service and high quality…
Great customer service and high quality puzzle!! I emailed customer service at 11:00 pm on a Saturday, expecting a response Monday. To my surprise I received a response within 15 minutes. I was wanting to upgrade to express shipping to make sure I received the puzzle by Mothers Day since I procrastinated on ordering. They told me no need to and I would have a my puzzle in time. I ordered mine late Saturday night and received on Wednesday. My wife was very surprised and loved her special gift! I was so impressed by the customer service I used this example in my weekly meeting with my employees!

Easy creation, excellent execution. The puzzle image creation process was simple and direct. The puzzle was crafted and shipped out within 5 days, and I received it quickly. The pieces are solid with vibrant colors. Would recommend.

Beautifully defined picture, no warping
Beautifully defined picture, not warped by the raised look around the cuts of pieces like some puzzles. We used our favorite picture from our wedding and it's been a joy and connecting experience to recognize people from that day by small parts of what they were wearing, a piece of the smiles on their faces, etc. Also hilarious to "put my mom together."
