MakeWebBetterReviews of makewebbetter.com

I was searching for months for reliable points and rewards plugins to give back to my customers for signing up, buying products, and referring their friends to buy products. I fell in love with this plugin’s intuitive simplistic easy to use design. Even the free version adds so much personality to my website. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plugin if you’re looking to boost your website sales, building a community around your website!

I used the free version was awesome and upgraded to pro cuz this plugin just works. The support team are amazing I need help with my incense, and they help right away, their Docs is well anyone can set up following their docs There is just one thing the pro version doesn't work with SG Optimizer. At least I had this problem and had to replace SG optimizer with w3

Great service. Efficient and helpful.

This review is to share my experience with MakeWeb Better (plugin for Mautic - Woocommerce). I just installed the free version of this plugin and I faced some difficulties when connecting to Mautic ( I was having a strange error when hitting Authorize). I reached out to their website and I asked them on chat for help (of course I didn't expect to get any help — not the same day at least). Well, I was surprised when Shivam from their support team replied instantly and guided me through the fix for the next half an hour.. And finally, he fixed it himself when I was not able to follow the instructions! I'm surprised and honestly didn't expect this for the free version users like me (when many times I've paid for a plugin or theme and I wait days to get back to me via email). This was was one of my best experiences, and I'm already considering the pro version since, except for the great support, we're also talking about a great tool (maybe the only one with those features). That's all, and I hope this helps you in case you were wondering if their support is good or not. As far as I can from my short experience tell it's great!

Great support. They quickly responded and were able to fix the issue over the chat. Also provided a quote for addition bespoke coding relative to the website we are working on.

We use the “Ultimate Gift Card” plugin with the “Customizable Gift Card” addon for WooCommerce in our online store. The plugin works perfectly. The possibilities for our customers are great. They can design their own gift cards and even send them on a specific date. Everything is configurable. And if you have any questions, the support-team is amazing, very quick, friendly and absolutely competent. The MakeWebBetter-Team does a very good job. We are happy to recommend the plugin to others :-)

Excellent fast support. Despite the time difference at the weekend, in the shortest possible time. Top!

Excellent support service, very quick to respond!
