The support team is fantastic!
The support team is fantastic. I ran into an issue where the buttons were no longer showing in the RMA plugin, I had no idea why and couldn't provide very much detail as to what had changed. But that didn't stop them 48 hours after sumbitting my ticket their dev team had tracked the issue and fixed it. Can't fault a dev team like that and communication was top of the line. Very pleased.

Excellent plugin and support!
This plugin along with their order bump plugin is great! So good I had to get the pro version. It is not so complicated that it is hard to figure out. And the support was great, I asked for help on chat and they walked me through an issue quickly and easily and it was like 3am their time when I did it. I highly recommend this plugin and the team at makewebbetter.com.
