**UPDATED** March 2nd, 2021 Today, I went back on to the website and saw that it still says "NO RECURRING PAYMENT" on your website above the "Buy Now" button. If it was a mistake on your end, as you said on February 23rd, 2021 then it would have been fixed by now... You are purposefully scamming your customers. This is blatantly evident now. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! **ORIGINAL POST** February 17th, 2021 I was going to buy the One-Click Upsell Funnel Pro plugin and noticed discrepancies in their sales page. 1. They claim that you get this plugin with NO RECURRING PAYMENTS (as shown above the BUY NOW button), but then at the very bottom of the page it says that you only get 1-year of plugin updates. I spoke to their customer service who said that there's a yearly fee of 30% of the purchase price each year. NOWHERE ON THE PAGE DOES IT SAY THAT. It says No Recurring Payments which to me means that it's like Envato Market plugins - you purchase once and you get it for life. 2. The price listed in the BUY NOW area is $535 on sale for $399, but at the bottom of the page it shows that the plugin is $409 - you're not getting any discounts with these guys - it's a scam. I wouldn't trust these guys with your credit card or personal info. TOTAL SCAM!

I bought a plugin for Mautic and did not receive support to insert the HTML, unfortunately there is no support or refund policy at this company.

I bought a plugin and it was not compatible with multiple ones I already have. Support is trying to get access to live website even if you explain that, legally, you're not allowed to share admin access to your data... Their responses don't let you feel any trust so you won't give them access to your customers data. They try to fix issues on a stage website but they won't share how they fixed it and keep asking to get access to live website. When you open a dispute to get a refund, they will not accept the refund so no money back guarantee... Plus, they suspend your account when you open a claim through PayPal. I don't recommend them and I'll never deal with them again.

**EDIT I've now received a full refund and the support team has been very responsive. Initial review below. Not a fun time with these clowns. I purchased upsell funnel pro, the licence key did not activate and the team needed WP access to my site to fix the issue. I advised it was a live site with 30+ daily orders. 3rd Dec - Your team made this plugin work and made multiple orders as one of my customers. The plugin was deemed to be working by your team. In a response your team denied testing with one of my customers, despite having used the Cash On Delivery method for these tests which had only been enabled by your team. 4th Dec - I reported the issue with "offer expired" causing more customer complaints and I requested a refund. 5th Dec - Team reported they had checked the plugin and was working fine. They made another test order on my now completely untrusting customer. 5th - 9th Dec - Sent and received 3 email trying to understand what your team had done so I could understand if I wanted to risk enabling the plugin. 10th Dec - Enabled plugin after assurance it was working only to find the same "Offer Expired" issue with Stripe (Upsell) payment method. Requested refund. 11th Dec - Your team responded saying "Please share correct login details with us as we have tried to log in with the details that you have shared but not able to log in. Wating for the correct details."

I purchased the Upsell plugin with the thought that "fixed" price actually means exactly that. I then added a product to my upsell as "fixed" and it does not stay "fixed" if you have wholesale pricing as well or if you have a discount offer. It deducts your sale/wholesale discount from the "fixed" price. The technical team had a look and found that indeed on my side the "fixed" option does not work, and they are prepared to make it work if I pay for that. I then requested a refund and was told that they do not do that. So I am sitting with a plugin that does not work on my site and I can do nothing about it - I am in SA so it is plenty of money to me that I paid. I really feel that if something does not work for me then I need to be able to get it sorted or get my money back, especially when I think that "fixed" price means that it will stay "fixed" They have wonderful reviews but I wanted to leave one on their site and it says that it is pending approval - so they only approve the good reviews.

30 days garantee that is not a 30 days garantee. They lie about the fonctionnalities of the plugin and don't want to refund you just after. Scam company.

Plugin did not accomplish or meet my needs sufficiently. I requested a refund within weeks and well before the 30 day guarantee period. They never refunded me after several email exchanges and then stopped responding to my emails completely.
