Scam. I did not consent to 1 month billing - I paid 99p for one document and you’ve billed me £29.99. This is unacceptable, please return this immediately.

This is a scam website they will make you think its 0.99£ for 5 days and then charge your card 29.99£ later ! When you email them you get no answer i will report them as fraud to my bank, Do not submit your card details!

SCAM!! Do not use, as others have said they sign you up for an unexpected subscription. They advised they would refund me, excuse after excuse, week after week, no refund materialised. Trying to blame slow bank processes but now Lisa is ignoring my emails so obvious no refund is coming. Disgusting, do not use!!!!!

Complete Scam! I purchased one £0.99 service to convert one word document to pdf, there was an option to subscribe to a monthly service, which I DID NOT SELECT, I was billed £0.99 As it was conversion did not work so I write if the £0.99, a few days later and the company is trying to take £29.99 out of my account. I can only surmise that somehow there is a background scam, when you select One Document, it’s signing you up to the monthly subscription! I’m currently battling to prevent the pending transaction from leaving my account!

Conned by Makemepdf. Spent £1.99 to convert a file and then was charged £29.99 for a year's subscription, that I did not request and was not made apparent. After complaining they cancelled by recurring subscription but failed to refund the £29.99.

I needed to use their trail one time use for 99p. I hit the option to cancel within 5 days and not continue the subscription at its full price. However, my card was still charged the full amount of £29.99 and so I contacted them to get a refund. I was promised a refund in 3-5 working days but after much chasing I received the refund in 7 days. Quick to take your money but not so quick to return it. Not impressed and won't be using them again.

I was charged for a subscription without warning. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund and will update the review as this progresses . I do not appreciate the trickery of this operation. It states use for a number of days without mentioning any subscription. It is very misleading!
