Completely Scam! They say free and then after you upload everything, wait for it to process and it also asks you for your email and says that you have to pay for it. It collects all your data and then pay! SCAM

They rip you off I've been charged 70 dollars after them claiming it would be a 1 dollar charge! Scam artists. Do not use under any circumstances.

Absolutely horrific experience with this online company‼️ I needed one photo converted to a pdf, and a few days later found out that they had deceitfully signed me up to a monthly plan. Thankfully my bank was willing to get their fraud squad involved if this company did not refund their despicable, dishonest deductions. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY‼️

Be careful it’s a scam!! These people know very well what they doing, they stole 40$ from my bank card and I didn’t subscribe for anything! I just used the one time service which was 0,99$. The fraud department in my bank is investigating this fraud website because they been doing that for long as I saw the people’s reviews here. I hope they get what they deserve soon, just my advice is to be careful and cautious and don’t give your bank details here at any cost.

I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before giving this website their payment details. I used MakeMePDF ONE TIME to convert a file. I paid €1 for what was presented as a one-day service. Then, about a week later, I suddenly discovered that €40 had been taken from my bank account as a subscription fee. No clear reminder. No warning before taking the €40. Nothing that made me expect that a €1 one-day service was going to turn into a €40 charge. To me, this does not feel like an innocent misunderstanding. The way this subscription is set up feels deliberately designed to make it easy for customers to miss what happens after the €1 payment. Calling it a subscription in the terms does not make the experience any less misleading when customers can so easily believe they are simply paying €1 for a one-day service. I contacted them immediately and demanded my money back. They told me they would issue a refund, but I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY €40. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. Be extremely careful with the €1 offer and read every single condition before paying. Do not assume that you are simply paying €1 for one conversion or one day. I will update this review if the promised refund actually reaches my bank account. **UPDATE** I received my refund earlier today, after long time of waiting and contacting the customer support, and still I’m not satisfied because this should not have happened at the first place. Again, BE CAUTIOUS.

I paid for one pdf , and now they keep charging $56 a month , also it says going into billing to cancel subscription, and all get is an upgrade button . Most probable because I don’t have a subscription which they keep charging me
