Awesome easy to use

Incredibly friendly and quick customer service if you have any issues or queries. Lisa helped me with a request and they were swiftly able to help and responded in a kind manner. It was easy and quick to use the website to convert a document to a pdf. Would definitely recommend any one their services! Will definitely be using again in the future

Got conned by Makemepdf by spending 99p on a short term usage of their pdf language converter - discovered the con when I had an automatic subscription of £29.99 taken out of my PayPal account 4 days later. I immediately logged into my Makemepdf account and cancelled the subscription (which I did not know I had signed up for, neither was I informed by Makemepdf that I had signed up for a subscription) I then emailed "refund at Makemepdf.com" and explained the above, and immediately I was refunded the £29.99 and that's why they get 5 stars for customer service, but they deserve 0 stars for the con they are running. Be aware, Be careful dealing with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had used Makemepdf for translating pdfs. Worked pretty well for me; but got charged extra for a service I did not subscribe to. When I wrote to them, the team was super responsive about it and got it sorted out the same evening. Thanks much 👍
