Paid a one-off document fee of £0.99 Two days later, they took a further £29.99 which would be a monthly payment which I never signed up for. Perhaps I never read it properly. In fairness, Lisa from their customer support team was excellent, and rectified this for me.

I tried unsuccessfully to convert a file to PDF for 1.99, only to find out that I had been charged £29.99 twice in two months. Don't use this service, it's a scam. When I tried to cancel it, which I did, they offered a two-year subscription, unlimited, for 1.99. This is evidence that they are aware it's a scam.
