REFUND RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY PDFSmart review below. VERY BAD EXPLOITATIVE COMPANY!!! I used makemepdf on 2nd Oct to reduce to pdf files and paid 0.99 and 1.00 for each compression. Today, 5th makemepdf decide to take £29,99 using my card details. I am furious. I did not agree to this nor authorise this payment. I have requested a refund of £29.99. The last thing I need today is chasing this payment. some time later... I have now received an email message from 'Lisa' on behalf of makemepdf promising to make a refund within 3-2 days. Let's see. At least they replied promptly. I will remove this review if my money is returned promptly.

J'ai compris qui'il fallait payer (€1.99) pour un service de conversion one-off. C’était bien et vite fait. Mais quelques jours après ils ont déduit €39.99 de mon compte sans authorisation.

I ordered and paid for one service (0,99 Euros), but a day later they took 39,99 euros from my account. A KI lady promised to refund the fake abonnement but still no refund has been paid. No human contact, not serious. So be aware.

I ordered a translation of one document at the price of £1.99p at the end of August, at the end of September I checked my bank statements and saw that this company had taken without my knowledge or consent two payments both of £29.99p . I contacted the company and they only refunded one payment which isn't acceptable, I found my payments went via PayPal, so I am having the hassle of raising a dispute through them , before my bank will initiate a charge back. It is about time this nonsense was stopped and you have to CLEARLY agree to a subscription not be conned into one, not impressed.

Yes. I bought one transaction for $0.99. Since then, they tried to charge me first $1.00 but then $39.99 every day. Thanks goodness my bank declined these charges. Beware of these fraudster company.

für eine geringe Gebühr habe ich eine PDF Konvertierung genutzt. Das damit ein Abbo für 39,99 € / Monat automatisch abgeschlossen wird, steht irgendwo im Kleingedruckten und ist nicht zu erkennen. Erst die Abbuchung hat mich stutzig gemacht. Das ist ein mieser Versuch einfach abzukassieren. Die Widerruf hat zwar geklappt, aber den Aufwand und das miese Gefühl hat man gratis. Der Sitz der Firma ist in Polen Healtgate sp.z.o.o. Ein Schelm wer Böses dabei denkt. Lieber nicht nurtzen.
