My first order that was sent out every vent was wrong and needed to be returned. Some were wrong style some were wrong finish and some were poor quality control because the mold did not release correctly. The second time they sent them out they were all correct but it took several weeks to get my order. The staf was very nice about correcting the issue and the greats are installed and look great. The greats are great quality.

We are slowly buying Majestic vent covers for our entire house. These vent covers transform a room. You spend all this money to furnish a room only to slap a gray, ugly, metal air vent up on the wall for everyone to see? Doesn't make sense. I recently purchased my first air return vent. I luv it-- BUT my unfortunate scenario had the air vent slightly sticking out beyond the ceiling (older home). I will have to attach a piece of white trim to the edge to hide the gap. Maybe Majestic might want to consider an option for an additional trim piece to raise the air vent cover out from the wall/ceiling or an outer piece to hide any space between the cover and ceiling/wall. Again, this is my specific scenario and you can't go wrong with these covers.

I ordered three caspian grilles in white. They are just as I had imagined. Very beautiful and exactly what I was looking for to suit the style of our home. My only issue was that one of them had a small scratch with the paint missing upon opening the box. These were well packaged so it must have happened prior to packaging. I live in Canada and don't want to go through an exchange for just the one.
