Maja Franklin YogaReviews of majafranklinyoga.com

Maja has helped me make meaningful progress in my lifelong struggle with time management. From our very first session, she brought structure, accountability, and practical tools that helped me stay focused and organized, starting with decluttering the middle room in my home. She’s a thoughtful listener who creates space to share openly, and her support helped shift my mindset during moments of mental blocks, doubt, and overwhelm. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement, I now manage my time with greater clarity and confidence. I absolutely recommend Maja as a life coach to anyone looking to transform their life and reach their full potential! Thank you so much, Maja!!!

I met Maja when I was not in a good place. I went from despair to apathy to nervous wreck situation and I got stuck there. Meanwhile, life continued. And being a single mom was hard. Maja introduced me to a technique to relieve stress, she pointed out things I did not see abut me life. The meditation and yoga became a life habit. I even got rid of chronic shoulder pain! Doctors couldn't help me with this. Thank you, Maja for being such a good life coach and yoga instructor.

Before working with Maja, I felt completely overwhelmed, constantly stressed, and barely able to catch a breath between work, kids, and daily chaos. Maja’s gentle yoga and simple breathwork gave me practical tools I could actually use on busy days. She helped me slow down, release tension, and find real calm even when life felt nonstop. Now, I’m sleeping better, feeling more grounded, and showing up more present for my family. If you’re a mom who’s always giving but never refilling your cup, I can’t recommend Maja enough. She truly understands what moms need.

I was referred to Maja by a family friend, who had an excellent experience with a coaching session. At first, I was reluctant. I'd heard about life coaches, but I wasn't sure if they could help me! You hear about people getting ripped off or having a terrible time with coaches online. But in his case, I'm happy to say, I was very wrong. The initial consultation wasn't even a quick chat about moving forward. Maja wasted no time in reassuring me about feeling overwhelmed and juggling so many priorities. Her guidance is helping me deal with situations at work and at home. Before I'd feel like the walls were closing in, but now I feel much more calmer and have a more positive outlook. Maja guided me through a relaxation exercise that helped me change my perspective about something that had been troubling me for a while. I've tried stuff like that before, but it rarely works and I just feel the same or worse later. But the exercise Maja took me through helped me stay grounded. I was pleasantly surprised that the effects continued days after the session. Maja is very understanding and friendly, which helps when dealing with personal stuff. I'm really looking forward to our next session.
