Bought 2 "Not quite perfect" belts on…
Bought 2 "Not quite perfect" belts on this company's Clearance sale. Were supposed to have minor imperfections. The belts I received were in terrible condition. Black belts hardware was so badly tarnished that it was black. Brown belt had a huge slice almost completely through. Contacted customer service manager Deanna who talked to me like I was incompetent and refused to do anything about it. Inaccurately described. Wouldn't recommend. Spend a few dollars more and get better quality and service.
