I ordered a bathroom faucet and upon receipt I noticed that it was imperfect (the faucet part was tilted to the side slightly, not pointing down). I called and was sent a new faucet within several days as a replacement, and did not have to return the original. The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly.

I ordered a sink, it came damaged so I received a new one right away. I then ordered some accessories to be sent with the replacement, they only sent half of what I ordered so I had to call so they could send the rest of the order. I think the sink damage was do to poor packaging by the manufacturer and not Main Faucet. I'd buy from them again

I bought two sinks at Main Faucet. I received them quickly. However one had a scratch on it. They told me what to use to see if it could be removed off the stainless steel. I tried it but it didn't work. When I let them know, they first offered a discount if I kept it. When I told them that I wanted a new one they emailed a paid shipping document so I could ship it back at no cost to me. When they received the sink they contacted me to tell me that my sink was out of stock. They offered another choice or I could wait 3-4 weeks for my sink. Above board with everything. So hopefully I will receive the sink soon. I would have given five stars if I had received two good sink and this hadn't disrupted my remodeling schedule.
