Good product, could have been a better experience.
The first order I put it was for two towel bars. After I paid and waited the allotted time for the shipment, I received a phone call to find out they weren't in stock. Why did they let me buy something they don't even have? Then wait two weeks to tell me? Then the next order I placed went through fine. But this time I didn't get an email that said they were shipped. So I waited the two weeks again and called them, and it had been shipped and arrived the next day. The people I spoke to were very nice and helpful, but all this could have been avoided. I don't know if ill buy from here again.
