I would rate below 1star. "ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS" best suits for purchases from this website. "No Hassle Return" on their website is trash. I wouldn't recommend this website. Purchase from reputed websites even if the product price is high.

Main Faucet's inability to ship correct items combined with their terrible customer service made this shopping experience the worst I have ever had.

We sincerely apologize for the delay you had in receiving your order. We had an issue with our payment system triggering a security alert for your order due to billing address mismatch with your credit card company. Our notes show we tried unsuccessfully to contact you several times to verify your payment. The payment finally went through on June 5th, 2013 (order was placed on May 31st) and we shipped out your product right away. It was delivered to you on June 11th. We are very sorry for the delay and hassle this caused you.

MainFaucet.com sold me Shower column for $493.They knew, that this product was not approved in the state of Massachusetts. I return this project, which I could not use in my State. MainFaucet.com reduced refund by $ 174. MainFaucet.com is making profit, using unfair practices, with full knowledge of product restriction existing in different states.

State and local building codes vary from place to place. We provide all certification information for all the products we sell. Please consult with your contractor before purchase to make sure products you buy are compliant with your local building codes. We follow all federal building codes for the products we sell. As clearly mentioned in our Terms and Conditions: it is customer's responsibility to make sure products purchased comply with local building codes. If a product is UPC certified, it will say so on our product description page, and you can buy it with confidence that it will comply with all building codes. However, many of the products in the market, including new and unique products do not have UPC certification. In those cases, consult with your contractor to make sure you will be able to install it. Returns that are NOT due to damage/defective products or incorrect product description, will incur 2-way shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

I ordered vanities months ago, and was sent incomplete products, damaged products, and the wrong products, again and again. Several months later and I am left with items I did not order and poor customer service to correct the issue. I still have not received the correct items or an undamaged product. Very disappointed in this company's lack of response, and I am out a lot of cash left with crap!!!

We sincerely apologize for the prolonged issue you have had with your purchase. All products that we sell on our store are sealed in the box from manufacturer. We do not open or repackage products. In the rare instances where products do get damaged during transit, we take care of replacing the damaged products for you. This particular vanity was shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, and I am not sure why they sent you the wrong mirror twice. We will contact the manufacturer again to find out why they have been shipping you the wrong mirror. Please bear with us, and we sincerely apologize for all the hassle this has caused.

Terrible company to deal with! $2000 shower arrived damaged. Called company with the truck driver still in site. States imust accept delivery or completely destroyed shower or they would bill me for shipping. Took 2 weeks to get replacement shower and further delayed my customers bath remodel. Made little attempt to correct situation. Company would call back when they said they would

We sincerely apologize for the trouble. All products that we ship are sealed in the box from manufacturer and we do not repackage products before they ship. In general these heavy glass shower doors / enclosures are well packaged by the manufacturer and we rarely have instances where they get damaged during transit. But in the rare instance where they do get damaged during transit, we have to arrange for the item to be returned back to our warehouse and ship out a replacement for you. In cases where the entire product is damaged, you can refuse shipment. But in your case, the glass enclosure itself was intact, the damage was with the box of accessories. We requested you to accept delivery, so we can just ship you replacement for the accessories, and not the whole enclosure. We sincerely apologize for the delay this has caused you.

I can easily say that this was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything and would tell anyone and everyone to do their business elsewhere. The vanity we ordered seem like a good deal but we purchased our bathroom sink vanity at the end of December '12 - it's now the end of June '13 and we still haven't received the refund they promised us. When I called the company to get an ETA a couple of weeks post-order; they told us we'd get the sink at the end of January and the included mirror 3 months later. They never contacted us to let us know the mirror was backordered and only told us when I specifically asked. When we received the vanity it was destroyed; the doors were broken in, drawers didn't open, marble was chipped and whole boards were broken. The entire vanity had been packaged in a way that defies all common sense; on it's front so that all the weight was resting on the door handles and knobs. I contacted MainFaucet and agreed to accept a replacement vanity if they expediated the new vanity, reimburse us for for the contractor we had scheduled and pick up the broken vanity asap. They agreed. The broken vanity ended up sitting in the middle of our driveway for a good week before it was picked up and it was weeks before we received a replacement. When we didn't hear anything about the refund they had agreed to I called them. And left message after message. Whenever I did get a person they said that my message had gone to the wrong person and they would forward it to the correct person. I was told this at least three weeks in a row. Either their customer service reps are completly incompentant or they were lying to me the entire time. I tend to believe the latter as I don't believe that they have that may people working for them that are incapable of forwarding a message. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they only worked on the weekend and they would call me that coming weekend. I heard nothing. It's now been 6 months and I have yet to hear from them nor have I received the refund they promised. We greatly regret ordering from MainFaucet and cannot encourage anyone strongly enough to STAY AWAY!

My order sitting around for two weeks before it shipped even though the item was in stock. They said they didn't know why the warehouse didn't receive the order. I needed it in three days away so asked them to please expedite it because my contractor was waiting for the item. I called multiple times to confirm but they kept blowing me off with some B.S. assurance that I would receive it in the next couple days. It shipped (UPS GROUND) from the East Coast even though they promised it would arrive sooner...all lies.
