Customer service was excellent, the item priced right, and the website easy to use. Shipped and arrived on time, but delivery driver would only deliver to sidewalk. It took looks of convincing to have him deliver 10 feet more inside the house. The item weighs 300 pounds.

I purchased the XtremeAir POX1 42" hood with the 10' ceiling extension from MainFaucet.com. in Jan 2014. While the on-line purchase/delivery experience was smooth, unfortunately the product sold was not what I expected. The installation guide/owner's manual is of poor quality because it is missing information, misleading, and sometimes just plain hard to understand (because of the poor English--everything is made in China, even the manual, despite XtremeAir wrapping themselves in the U.S. flag on their website). There were no instructions regarding the 10' ceiling extension, the instructions on the support brackets were contrary to the drawings which were confusing, and the lights are not very bright even though there are 4--they are only 2-watt bulbs! I eventually got it installed just fine, but the quality was not what I expected after shelling out almost $1K for that hood. One corner of the glass hood appears to be either chipped or deformed, the XtremeAir company logo placards (which are prominently stuck to the front and back on the control panel) are scratched, pitted, and look cheap, the sheet metal surrounding the fan was bent and had to be straightened to facilitate clean airflow.... etc. Overall, not the quality I expected for the money paid. I also didn't get anyone's attention at XtremeAir until I asked for return instructions because of warranty issues. Then they were ready to help... AAaarghh. Where is the quality made-in-America stuff of the last generation?

I ordered the shower doors at a great price compared with all other sellers. Received a FedEx tracking number a few days later but no shipment for more than 2 weeks. I had to make multiple calls to find out there was a shipping delay from the manufacturer. I should have been notified of the shipping issue without having to make multiple calls. Finally received the shower doors 3-4 weeks after ordering. Very happy with the quality of the doors. Better customer service would have resulted in a 5 star rating. Just dealing with the frustration of delivery delay and no notification led to the lower rating.

Sink was nice and in good condition. Price was right. A cutting board was included with the sink but not properly packaged and damaged. Contacted support about the issue and never received a response. Problem has not been corrected

We love our sink. When I ordered it, I got a call telling me that the rinse racks wouldn't be ready to order yet, so I told them to send the sink without the racks and then ship the racks when they were ready. A couple weeks passed and I contacted main faucet to get the rinse racks shipped to me. I told them we had moved and gave them the new address. I was assured they would be mailed to the new address. The rinse racks were shipped and delivered but NOT to my address. I contacted Main Faucet twice about this and they were 'supposed to get back to me' about it both times. So, maybe someone somewhere is enjoying my rinse racks in their sink instead. I would really love to have them!

We love the Kraus sink but were disappointed with the Kraus faucet. The faucet does not have a sprayer and when turned on splashes water everywhere. We purchased it as a set so when we asked to exchange the faucet we were told that we would have to return the sink and faucet and they were going to charge us a re-stocking fee. Not too happy about that.

the range hood looks nice, but it wouldn't turn on once installed. When our contractor contacted support, MainFaucet sent out replacement control panel and computer board. They arrived in a few days, which is great. But there are no instructions on how to install the parts. Yeah, maybe it's easy...but come on... No instructions? I definitely won't buy something like this online again. It's worth paying a bit more in case something doesn't work and you can get better service.

The service was good. Could have been better
