We had a terrible experience with this company after we bought a toilet from them. The toilet came broken (a big piece of toilet back falling off right out of the box), contacted the company, they asked us to pay the shipping back PLUS 15% restocking fee which totaled to be about the same price as the price of the toilet!! What kind of company will ask customers to pay for broken item PLUS restocking fee when they can't resell the product and they are probably reimbursed from the shipping company for the price of the toilet? After disagreeing to pay such fees for receiving a broken toilet, they simply stopped responding and we're stuck with a paid broken toilet. If you don't want to end up in a situation like ours, don't order anything from them. This company seems to only care about their loss but not customer's. Take your own risk purchasing with them.

I ordered a Cavaliere Euro AP238-PS65-36 Stainless Steel Range Hood from Main Faucet.com two months ago. However, I noticed that this range hood had two rusted corners when installed. There appears to be some repairs that was attempted to cover up the rust in the back two corners inside the hood. These two spots are quite an eye soar. We're very disappointed that we paid so much money ($750) and yet received a product that was not in satisfactory condition. I contacted Main Faucet about this. Yet they said there is nothing they can do because it has been installed and suggested us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said we could return it but we will have to contact Main Faucet (the seller) about it. So I emailed Main Faucet again yet received NO response at all after a month. I am very disappointed about Main Faucet's customer service and also the product they sold to me. One more thing: I just tried to log into my Main Faucet account and couldn't. OMG! Terrible website. Would never buy anything from Main Faucet!

Bought a shelf for bathroom. It did not fit. I called and asked them to return it. twice they said wait for them to send me a return label. They never did. Will never deal with them again...

Due to a processing/shipping error on Kingston Brass' part, I received valves that I didn't order. I've made numerous attempts to get this issue resolved using the customer service number on the invoice and this issue is yet to be handled properly. I was charged for shipment of the valves to my home and was charged again to have the shipped back, even though I was sent the wrong item by Kingston Brass. I'm out $22 total for shipping and never did receive the valves even after 2 months of run around by their customer service department. Be very cautious when dealing with this company. They do not value keeping customers.

The product I ordered was originally damaged before shipping, and it took over 2 months to get the product in. When it arrived, 1 of the shower stall panels was broken and unusable. While initially responsive, Customer Service told me the replacement part was "shipping today," when in fact it didn't ship for 10 days. When I called them on this, they had no explanation other than misinformation, and when I asked if they could expedite the shipment rather than ship ground, their classic response was, "There is nothing we can do about it." There is ALWAYS something that a good customer service team can do. It's just that the folks at Main Faucet decided not to do anything to serve their customer.

Hassle free returns is just the beginning of the lies they sell.

I ordered a faucet from these guys it looked great. when I installed it it did not work.I called to exchange they sent me a UPS return slip. I thought to my innocence tat all was well. about 3 wks latter I got an email that my credit was denied since I installed the product so now I am out over $200.and I do not even have the product

Ordered a range hood. Received it. When we went to install it we found the stainless steel was stained. Attempted to clean it with Stainless cleaner. But it did not remove the stain. You could still see it clearly since it would have been at eye level. Chatted with Matt on the MainFaucet site. Sent TWO images. He told me he would have another unit on the way that day. Over a week later I received a can of STAINLESS STEEL cleaner in the mail. NO mention of whether or not a new unit was being shipped and no notification of any kind. Chatted with Simon and was told I would have to send images. I told him that I had. THEN I was told he would have to wait for the factory to reply. When asked what happened to Whatever Matt had put in motion I got no response. After dealing with that I opted to return the unit and was told on Nov 20 that a check MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES would be issued within a couple of days. It is now December 12 and I have not received a check and we were told that one had not been sent out yet. This is truly the worst service I have experienced in a long long time.
