Horrible experience with this company. They were supposed to clean my bathrooms and kitchen. They did not clean the areas that I originally requested and the 2 cleaners who came damaged my refrigerator and decided to discard several food and kitchen items that they perceived as "trash" without even bothering to ask. One of the cleaners managed to sneak out of my house and I had to stop the other one before she got out the door. She spoke very little english and then tried to blame everything on the other cleaner who didn't speak any english at all. She said that she thought the discarded items were "trash" and they both just stood there and conversed and laughed at me in Spanish while I tried frantically to fix the broken shelf in the refrigerator. The manager, Allysa Howe is ABLEIST and immediately accused me of lying because the cleaners had already told her a very different story claiming that the food and other items had "accidentally" fallen into the trash with dirty paper towels soaked with cleaning fluid and that the items were taken out and washed. I was actually the one who took the items out of the trash and food items cannot be washed. She is aware that I am a neurodivergent individual, so she believes I automatically lack credibility. She also claimed that because the food was taken out of the trash and washed, the matter is resolved. Since I am neurodivergent, I should have no problem eating food that has been in the trash. I explained that I am extremely impoverished and only get $24/month in food stamps and they threw away almost a weeks worth of food. They have no right to discard another person's property just because they think it is "trash". When you live in poverty, you eat food even if it is only partially edible and keep items that are broken as long as it still works. I am now left without an adequate food supply and a broken refrigerator that will cost 2 months worth of my mother's social security to replace. The manager's level of callousness and condescension are unlike anything I have ever experienced. SInce the cleaning fee is being funded through a third party payor which requires my approval, I am denying payment for their services since damages exceeded the cleaning costs. Laugh at me now. Horrible quality cleaners, should be deported; horribly unprofessional ABLEIST managerial staff, I was discriminated against because I am not an able-minded customer. This is unlike all the other negative reviews. Allysa Howe is now continuing to harass me and threaten me. Stay away from this company!

We had our apt. deep cleaned after renovations in our building. Matt and Lisa did a fabulous job and would recommend their services. Thank you and we will pass your company information to others here. We will use you again.

The positive: They were able to come the next day and the maids were very nice. The negative: They quoted the price of first visit between $360 and $420. They charged the max of $420. My house is cleaned every two weeks professionally and has been for years. My prior company could not accomodate a change in dates so I tried Maid Brigade. I personally had made sure the house was in excellent order for the new service. When they took a long time, closed off two of the rooms they were to clean. I expected a great deal but I had to tell the younger one to clean under the sofa as I could see the dust still. To me, this is a racket and I should only have been charged the lower rate. The administrators missed an opportunity for a faithful customer as I had my prior cleaning company for years. They are in my humble opinion misguided crooks who lost a customer. I am always generous with the cleaners and gave them each a $20 tip, but I will NEVER CALL MAID BRIGADE AGAIN!

Maid Brigade did good work in deep cleaning the house. I also got service for sofa set and mattress cleaning work. And I liked their proactive approach, timely response and quality work.
