I ordered what was described as porcelain tea pots spent $160 for them and when I received them they were plastic cheap and terribly made I am still gonna have to come up with $50 of my own money to send it back to China. Don’t buy from this company and if anyone knows of any other recourse to get your money back or just complain about this company like the United States has the Better Business Bureau please post. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

I only put a star because I have to, to be able to write my review. I want everyone to know how much of a skam this company is. I ordered a tree lamp that look beautiful on the picture. I'm a tree lover. What I received was a flat piece of platic with the design of the lamp on it. I couldn't believe it. So disappointed. I can't believe that there is people like this in this world. I wish I would have check those reviews before I ordered. These people are mean and devious and they take advantage of good people, like you and me. Never again.

At least some products are cheap knock offs and effectively theft from original artists - also total rubbish. I‍f it looks like it should cost thousands and costs a few dollars/pounds then beware beware beware!! 👮👮👮 (copy of my FB review)

Can Trustpilot tell how come Maicei have so many stars when everyone has only given them one star?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF SWINDLER of a company. What a waste of money for face masks that are nothing like what is shown on their website. The filters as shown are rated for N95, HEPA but the foam pieces (and that is all you get) are not qualified. THESE ARE USELESS in their present form. Based on other reviews of products from this company, their products are GARBAGE as well. YOU ARE WARNED!

I should have checked here first. If you are thinking about ordering one of their beautiful looking 3D Fairies as advertised on their site, DON'T. This is a bait and switch scam. The item they send you is flat 2D piece of metal that bears no resemblance to the item advertised. They refuse to refund you and for them to consider a refund they want you to send the item back to China where they say you will also have to pay import fees. All in all no one is going to do this and even if they did the cost of sending it back and import fees mean it is not worth trying and so they get away with their con. I wish I could attach pictures of the item so that you could see how truly awful the item is that they send you.

It is rip off I paid 199 for a pair of ear buds and a little game .so sad people rip people off and can sleep at night.,May God have mercy on their soul.

This is another Chinese company trying to rip off customers. Stay away. They show a picture of the product that is not anything like the product you receive.
