Great customer service! I was really worried about shipping since there is a post office strike in my country and they made sure to reroute it so that it still arrive in time and answered my emails very quickly.

I think the shipping was pretty quick, especially coming all the way from China. The bag FEELS amazing, and I love that it has a reasonable amount of pockets/ The design is super cute and the straps might not be as padded as I would have liked but they are still very much comfortable. This is a bag I plan on using for work/school. It's nice to have such a cute bag and not just a completely black one.
