Never received first order (3bottles)…
Never received first order (3bottles) after many months and many emails finally got a response - order resent (only 1 bottle arrived) - still awaiting further response. Terrible customer service

I would like to give them a zero they deserve a -0. The customer service department is beyond Seco. I put in an order April 2, 2026 and I've been sending over 30 emails. Where is my package? Where is my package? I never get a tracking number. I never get a Manager's email address. It's always the same reply. We're locating it. We're so sorry. Please be patient. It is the worst customer service department in the world. They just take your money. They will rob you!!!

Ordered on the 4 th of July
Ordered on the 4 th of July. Paid extra for 3 day shipping. 36 DAYS LATER AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY PRODUCT! They refuse to refund me my shipment payment and keep sending me apology emails claiming they've tried to contact the shipper but they're not getting any answers. What are the chances I'll get a full refund?! Yeah I'm not holding my breath either.
