I was encouraged by my brother-in-law, who is a Podiatrist, to try Magnet Rx Spot Kit for my knee pain. I did. I actually ordered 2 kits and their insoles for my neuropathy. When I first received the product, I immediately placed them on my knee. The next day I removed then to clean them as instructed and got two of the magnets too close and they snapped together so hard that one magnet broke. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement kit within 3 days. Their customer support was incredible. I can’t wait to see how they work, but just by their customer support alone, I recommend them.

I had contacted Customer Service (CS) several times with product questions prior to ordering them for my friends. Responses were quick (most times within minutes) and reps were friends, and very knowledgeable. There was a slight defect in one of the magnets. CS issued me a return immediately. I definitely recommend purchasing the Magnetic Kit!
