I recently purchased the MagnetRx Spot Magnets, and unfortunately, due to my extremely sensitive skin, I developed a localized reaction/contact dermatitis from keeping the patches on for several days. I reached out to their customer service team directly to share my feedback. I am absolutely blown away by their professionalism, empathy, and speed! Mel from customer support responded almost immediately. They genuinely care about their customers experience. Mel explained about their high-quality materials (24k gold plating and hypoallergenic adhesive), and instantly honored their 100% satisfaction guarantee by issuing a full refund. Even though this specific multi-day patch format wasn't compatible with my sensitive skin type, I tried a couple of them on my dad, and he didn't develop any skin reaction. So, it will definitely depend on each person skin type. MagnetRx is an incredibly trustworthy company that stands firmly behind its products and customers. I highly recommend them for their world-class customer service!

I do know MagnetRx to this day have the best bracelets hands up and they are serious about customer satisfaction and I will order again. The bracelet is not spaced out on a string and has sum weight on it.
