I cannot recommend Lana enough! She is truly amazing at what she does and went above and beyond to help my family and me secure our dream two bedroom apartment. She is so excited sweet, incredibly professional, communicative, patient, and genuinely wants to help in every way she can. What makes Lana so special is that she doesn’t just treat you like another client, she really takes the time to get to know you and your family. She even bonded with my one year old son, which meant so much to me! This also wasn’t my first time working with Lana. A few years ago, she helped me secure my one bedroom apartment, and now she helped me upgrade to a beautiful two bedroom for my growing family. Having her by my side through both experiences made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. Lana truly cares about the people she works with, and it shows. i hired lana as my broker and she was exceptional. not only was she so personable, sooo sweet, and just all-around fun to be around - but she is also genuinely amazing at what she does. she took the time to get to know me, my situation, and what i was looking for. she advocated for me with owners + landlords in order to get everything i needed. i ended up with an apartment that exceeded my expectations. she made me feel sooo comfortable and at ease during (what can be) such a grueling process of finding a place to live in nyc. thank you so much lana!!! the best to ever do it! <3

Magner Realty Group, LLC: Simply terrible business and Broker Lana Magner's behavior is demonstrative of ignorance and unprofessional conduct. My own experiece included Bait and switch and possible discrimination **** Magner has multiple listings I discovered that every time I contacted this agent she ghosted me despite my very good income and credit.I have an Arabic name, so when I had my Irish husband message her she promptly called him back, when I answered she refused to show us units.That's just ignorant behavior and not in landlords best interest!
