I never recive the package, the company say the package is in transit but i never recive a real location or status of my purchase. A month pass between now and the date of supposed delivering. I think its scam.

This is a scammer online shop! Fake shop and fake shipping company. Fake tracking number, fake - but always updated - delivery status. You only realize after one month your parcel is still missing and you're scammed.

Absolute scammers. They have the same advert as Mytopcustom so they trade under both and the jumpers never come and no customer services replies to any of the emails . Stay away!!

Not a "normal" tracking . Im sure its a scam. Cant find anything about my order. Tracking site is also a scam.

I think this is a scam. Ordered two hoodies and the tracking number was able to be traced to Iceland but then Iceland post or customs were unable to track it. Customer service set me around in robot reply circles and after a month of no joy, contacted Paypal for a refund and was immediately given a refund without question. Now the tracking number simply can't be found with suggests the parcels were never in Iceland in the first place.Relieved to have gotten a refund.

Order was placed 3 weeks ago, I have had no response to emails or Facebook messages asking for an update. Money has been taken from my bank account and the customer service is non-existant!
