Order was never received. Customer service refuses to refund my card.

customer support does not exist. I get only auto-reply messages and no one help with my order which I haven't received for over a month now. #4384S58019

I placed my order on the 2nd of November and have been keeping tabs on the parcel ever since. Every update has looked legit until the most recent one which says the parcel is in Launceston, Tasmania ? I live in Western Australia so why would it be shipped to Tasmania ? That’s a completely different state and it’s not one that is usually used to carry parcels from one place to the other as it is not even part of the mainland. It’s a week before Christmas and I had been holding out hope it would get here in time, now I have to find a last minute gift for my partner. I have been waiting for this “parcel” for almost 2 months. This website is 100% a scam. I’m just lucky I didn’t spend too much on here. Absolute d*ckheads.

It has been a month since my order was placed and I still do not have a shipping date. What is the status of my order? When is it going to be shipped? What is the estimated delivery date? Will my order arrive before Christmas? please provide dates. Thank you THIS IS WHAT MY EXPRIENANCE HAS BEEN!! I'VE BEEN EMAILING AND GIVING TIME AND STILL NO RESPONSE XMAS IS AROUND THE CORNER AND I AM STILL WAITING ON A SHIPPING DATE. DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT, UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH WAITING A LONG TIME WITH NO COMMUNICATION. HONESTLY THINK THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. IM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE.

Absolute scam, ordered 2 months ago, never received the items and no refund! Saw this add on Instagram, stay away from this site!

IT’S A SCAM! ES UN TIMO Espero que no lo compre nadie. No hay atención al cliente y toda la información que dan y aportan es completamente falsa. 1 mes después sigo sin mi pedido y no creo que llegue nunca. Con la atención al cliente que existe y leyendo los términos y condiciones dudo que recupere el dinero.
